　　又是一个早春三月

　　Another early spring

　　此刻，窗外晨光初露

　　At this moment, rays of morning light are shining through the window

　　早樱已缀上枝头，远望如雪

　　Cherry blossoms look like snow

　　正如十年前大家常说的那样

　　As everyone said ten years a

　　没有一个冬天不可逾越

　　There is no insurmountable winter

　　又一个春天，如约而至

　　Another spring has come as expected

　　In the past ten years

　　时常回望那段 武汉被按下暂停键的日子

　　I often look back at the days when Wuhan’s pause button was pressed

　　一段 让人忽然长大的日子

　　Days when we suddenly grew up

　　我记得那些逝去的生命

　　I remember those lost lives

　　那些深夜里无声的哭泣

　　And the silent sobbing on late nights

　　在那个冬天

　　In that winter

　　我一下子懂得

　　It dawned on me

　　原来，人会如此脆弱

　　That human beings can be so fragile

　　原来，失去可以来得这么急

　　That losses can happen so fast

　　我也记得那些英雄的背影

　　I also remember the backs of those heroes

　　逆着人流的方向行进

　　ing against the human flow

　　匆忙，却坚毅

　　Hurriedly, but with resolution

　　但那段日子 我才发现

　　I realized in those days

　　英雄与浪漫无关

　　That heroes have nothing to do with romance

　　他们只是在被需要的时候

　　站了出来，走向前去

　　They just step forward when needed

　　我更记得那段日子

　　I remember better the footprints those days have left

　　在历史长河中留下的印记

　　On the long history of humankind

　　一场危机到来

　　When a crisis comes

　　既有“山川异域，风月同天”的情谊

　　There is not only friendship that transcends borders

　　也曾有歧视与冷漠的伤害

　　But also harm caused by discrimination and apathy

　　但没关系

　　But it doesn’t matter

　　有一点已被时间证明

　　One thing has been proven by time

　　中国的牺牲、努力和贡献

　　China’s sacrifices, efforts and contributions

　　护卫了家园

　　Protected its homeland

　　也为世界赢得了经验

　　And gained experience for the world

　　人，真的可以在一夜之间长大

　　A person can really grow up overnight

　　生与死

　　Life and death

　　苦与乐

　　Bitterness and happiness

　　求真 敬畏

　　Truth and awe

　　责任 坚守

　　Responsibility and persistence

　　奋斗 希望

　　Struggle and hope

　　这些好像很遥远的词

　　These seemingly distant words

　　都在那段日子 变得无比真切 清晰

　　Became indescribably real and clear in those days.

　　后来的十年里

　　In the next ten years

　　我走过许多地方

　　I’ve traveled to many places

　　为了 不负成长 不负期望

　　In order to grow and to live up to expectations

　　世界也在前行 朝着更好的方向

　　The world is also advancing, in a better direction

　　敬畏自然 尊重生命

　　With awe for nature and respect for life

　　医学进步 科技昌明

　　Medical science is progressing and technology flourishing

　　这个星球上

　　On this planet

　　友善变得更多 冷漠在减少

　　Friendliness has been growing and apathy declining

　　因此，今天的我

　　Therefore, today

　　很想对十年前的你说一声谢谢

　　I would like to say “thank you” to the you from ten years a

　　谢谢你在焦虑与恐惧中没有轻言放弃

　　Thank you for not giving up in anxiety and fear!

　　谢谢你在远离校园时没有让光阴溜走

　　Thank you for not letting your time slip away while being far away from campus!

　　谢谢你在苦难中始终相信光亮

　　Thank you for always believing in light when facing hardships!

　　更谢谢你从“武汉的孩子”，向着“中国的少年、世界的少年”倔强生长

　　Thank you for having grown strongly from “a child of Wuhan” into “a teen of China” and “a teen of the World”!
